Overview: The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and its grounds. Responsibilities: Primary: Maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, staff, and public Communicating information in response to inquiries Providing equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, clinical activities, and events Maintaining facilities to minimize facility deterioration and damage. Secondary Responsible for the safe and orderly operation of the facilities. Participate in monthly inspections to ensure compliance with requirements, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of the facility. Ensure that the facility is clean and always maintained. Strongly and enthusiastically support and participate in advocacy and direct action to end the twin crises of AIDS and homelessness. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Good communication skills, both verbally and written, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management. Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. S95 to be obtained in first 90 days of employment. Basic emailing knowledge.
