Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Essential Skills

• Industrial maintenance experience working on heavy machinery.
• Strong mechanical capabilities with motors, gears, bearings, and related components.
• Hands-on experience performing mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices for industrial equipment.
• Welding skills suitable for repair and basic fabrication work.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems (experience with electrical work is a plus).
• Ability to work with PLC-related equipment at a basic support level.
• Capability to diagnose mechanical issues methodically and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to provide and use a personal mechanic set of tools, with metric tools strongly preferred due to a metric-based shop.
• Openness to candidates with automotive technician backgrounds or mechatronics graduates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
• A can-do attitude, strong cultural fit, and self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Shifts:

M-F 2pm-10pm plus overtime

Training for 1-2 months will be on day shift M-F 6-2

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- 40 hours PTO prorated at time of hire - 90 days in receives additional 24 hours PTO - PTO increase after 1st and 2nd year - 7 paid holidays -optional Aflac -simple IRA -Capital Blue -Principal Medical -Long term disability - Company $150 boot reimbursement every 2 years - Company uniforms provided

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
