Warehouse Associate 1st ShiftThis is a permanent full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay!Regular hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for 1st shift and Sunday thru Thursday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am for 3rd shift. Overtime including working on weekends may be required during peak season.Scope of RoleThe Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations of a company.Key Objectives and ResponsibilitiesReceiving and Processing Stock: Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriatelyOrder Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficientlyInventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checksQuality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shippedWarehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulationsDocumentation: Creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goodsQualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPhysical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacksAttention to Detail: Ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed correctlyOrganizational Skills: Efficiently organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspaceTeamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operationsTechnical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skillsEducation and Work Experience RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferredPhysical RequirementsLifting Capacity – ability to lift up to 30 lbsMobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc.Exposure – Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environmentAdditional InformationThe US base hourly pay range for this full-time position is targeting $16.00 - $17.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
