Role Overview


The Senior Delivery Specialist is responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing Dell XE servers within enterprise environments. This role involves technical leadership, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Server Deployment & Configuration - Install, configure, and optimize Dell XE servers for enterprise environments.
• Infrastructure Management - Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Technical Leadership - Provide expertise in structured cabling, system administration, and hardware integration.
• Project Execution - Lead delivery efforts for server refresh projects, migrations, and upgrades.
• Collaboration - Work with IT teams to align server deployments with business needs.
• Documentation & Reporting - Maintain detailed records of configurations, performance metrics, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• Dell XE Server Expertise - Strong knowledge of Dell XE server architecture, deployment, and optimization.
• System Administration - Experience with Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and cloud integration.
• Hardware Deployment - Proficiency in structured cabling, rack setup, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning - Ability to diagnose and resolve server-related issues efficiently.
• Certifications (Preferred) - Dell EMC certifications, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent.
