Role Description The Project Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beverly Hills, CA. The Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end project execution for marketplace and marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing logistics and workflows, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues that could impact project progress. This role will also involve monitoring project performance, preparing status reports, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and brand partners. The Project Manager will continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support the successful launch and optimisation of client campaigns and services. Qualifications Strong project coordination and Project Management skills, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience working as an Expeditor or managing Expediting tasks to ensure timely movement of materials, information, and deliverables. Background in Inspection and quality control to verify that project outputs meet defined standards and client expectations. Knowledge of Logistics Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor or partner coordination. Excellent organisational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow‑through. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment within ecommerce or digital marketing; marketplace experience is a plus.
