The Company’s racino, Fairmount Park - Casino & Racing, features live racing, electronic gaming machines, live table games, food and beverage amenities, and pari-mutuel betting.Job Description:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver AI-driven solutionsTranslate business needs into actionable AI strategies and technical approachesSupport leadership by providing guidance that helps engineering teams scale effectivelyAct as a subject matter expert, contributing to AI training, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing initiativesEnsure AI systems follow governance, compliance, and auditability standardsLead technical design of AI agents and support development of RAG pipelines across data platforms such as Databricks, Azure SQL, and SalesforceProvide technical direction for deploying AI applications in Azure to ensure efficiency and scalabilitySupport integration of AI agents into enterprise systems and APIs to enable automationEnsure deployment and reliability of AI solutions through standardized workflows and CI/CD practicesProvide technical mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior AI engineers, including code reviews, design feedback, and best practices.Develop and deliver AI training materials and best practices, and enable “train-the-trainer” models to scale AI knowledge across technical and business teams.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development with deployed AI solutionsStrong Python skills for AI/ML, including APIs, testing, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)Hands-on with Azure services (Functions, Container Apps, SQL, Blob)Hands-on with Data Engineering services (Databricks, data lakes/warehouses)Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance standardsExperience integrating enterprise systems with AI platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, REST/GraphQL APIs)Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to explain AI to varied audiencesPreferred: Experience with agent frameworks and vector databasesPreferred: Familiarity with evaluation and observability toolsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTSit for prolonged periodsCalculate figures and amountsAnalyze data for trends, errors and ability to transfer between systemsFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityContinually required to talk or hearSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer workAccess to reliable internet connectivityMaintaining and securing a company-provided laptopThe above is intended to describe the general content of, and requirements for, the performance of this job.
