Job Title : Transition Manager
Location : 202 Halls Mill Rd A, White House Station, NJ 08889. Hybrid, 3 days a week at Office.
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $40 - $45/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Manager to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing complex transition and transformation programs, with a focus on stakeholder management, program management, and service transition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Stakeholder & Client Management (executive communication, governance, expectation management)
Program/Project Management (planning, risk management, issue resolution, resource coordination)
Transition & Transformation Management (knowledge transfer, service transition, migration planning, stabilization)
ITIL / Service Management expertise
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Process Improvement & Change Management (Lean, Six Sigma, Organizational Change Management)
Experience managing global delivery/offshore-onshore transition programs
Education Requirements: 10 years of relevant experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage transition and transformation initiatives from planning through stabilization
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Identify and mitigate risks associated with transition programs
