Family-centered. Care where it counts. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design tailored ABA programs. Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments, then build individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles. Lead and mentor. Train and supervise behavior technicians to deliver high-quality direct services. Track progress with data. Collect, analyze, and interpret client data, adjusting programming based on what it shows. Partner with families. Work directly with parents and caregivers on goals, generalization, and carryover into daily life. Coordinate care. Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and San Diego Regional Center service coordinators. Maintain clinical standards. Keep documentation and authorization requests compliant with payer and HIPAA requirements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR BCBA Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing with the BACB Education: Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related human services field Supervision Credentials: Completion of the BACB 8-Hour Supervision Training and current supervision CEU requirements Proven Experience: Developing and implementing client programs for pediatric autism spectrum populations in home, clinic, or school settings Leadership: Enthusiasm for training, managing, and developing behavior technicians Communication: Ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to families who may be new to ABA Compliance: Ability to clear a criminal background check, TB clearance, and required immunizations Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license Bonus: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply WHO WE ARE At Gifted Horizon, we're dedicated to supporting children and their families.
