We’re seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to serve our Hendersonville and Clarksville, Tennessee communities , with the unique opportunity to work under the leadership of our Chief Orthodontic Officer. This isn’t simply a more senior clinical position. Requirements:

0ur ideal Lead Orthodontist:

• Has 2+ years of orthodontic practice experience
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and consistently high standards of care
• Is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Communicates exceptionally well with patients, parents, team members, and peers
• Is comfortable providing leadership
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
• Is energized by growth, improvement, and developing others
• Values collaboration and welcomes feedback from other doctor leaders
• Cares deeply about patient experience, clinical outcomes, and community engagement
• Wants to make an impact beyond their personal production

Professional Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Certificate of completion from an accredited postgraduate orthodontic program
• Current Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of two years of orthodontic practice experience
• Ability to support the full-time clinical schedule across Hendersonville and Clarksville, including rotating Fridays and occasional Saturdays as practice needs require
