As part of our dedication to student success, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students across varying ages and disabilities, with a primary focus on conducting assessments and providing support to address their unique learning needs. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in promoting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students by conducting psychological assessments, analyzing data, and providing evidence-based interventions and recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic achievement, social-emotional functioning, and behavior. Administer standardized assessments and other diagnostic tools to gather relevant data and information about students' strengths, needs, and areas of concern. Analyze assessment results and interpret findings to inform educational planning, intervention strategies, and IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators to develop appropriate interventions and supports to address students' needs and promote their academic success. Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans. Support school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate and student mental health. Maintain accurate records of assessment results, interventions, and progress monitoring data. Job Qualifications Master's or Doctoral level degree in School Psychology Must hold active Arizona School Psychology License Professional Support Personnel License required. At least 2 years of experience working as a school psychologist preferred.
