Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of cardiac imaging studies and procedures in the cath lab, ensuring accurate and timely results
• Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures with precision and composure
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab equipment, following best safety and infection control practices
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and safety
• Document technical findings, patient responses, and procedure-related data thoroughly in the medical record
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and technical teams to support optimal patient care

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent recognized credential
• Previous experience in a cath lab or imaging suite, including operation of specialized cardiac imaging equipment
• BLS and ACLS certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and departmental documentation standards
