Pay Rate: $ 2,200 To $ 2,460 per week

Schedule: Flexible 8-Hour or 10-Hour Shifts | Rotating Days/Nights | Weekends & On-Call

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Waimea, Hawaii. This role requires demonstrated competency in General Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, and Echocardiography (Echo) .

Candidates must be appropriately registered in all three modalities and able to perform independently in a rural hospital environment. The technologist must also be flexible to work at both assigned hospital locations and participate in rotating shifts and on-call coverage.

• Perform General Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, and Echocardiography studies according to established clinical standards.

• Prepare patients and equipment and obtain accurate diagnostic images across all three required ultrasound modalities.

• Work independently while maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

• Provide ultrasound services at both assigned hospital locations based on operational and staffing needs.

• Participate in rotating day/night shifts, weekends, on-call coverage, and overtime as needed.

• Minimum 3 Years of Ultrasound Technologist Experience Required.

• Current ARDMS Registration/Certification Covering General Ultrasound, Vascular, and Echocardiography Required.

• Demonstrated Experience in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography Required.

• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required.

• Must Be Able to Work Independently, Remain Flexible Between Assigned Facilities, and Reside Within 20 Minutes of the Hospital While On Call.

The Ultrasound Technologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound services across general, vascular, and cardiac imaging.
