Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join our state-of-the-art, inpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to the recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our team provides customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the needs of those recovering from conditions including stroke, brain injury, trauma, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. Our goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient recovery progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and aftercare.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health records, specifically Epic.

Schedule

This position involves a guaranteed 36 hours per week, including weekend hours, and requires participation in call rotations.
