Role Description The Senior Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gainesville, FL, and you MUST live in the Gainesville or the Ocala area. The candidate responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Extremity Surgical’s extremity-focused product portfolio. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting with surgeons and clinical staff to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. This role manages the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. The Senior Sales Representative also supports operating room cases as needed, provides product training to healthcare teams, and collaborates with internal stakeholders on pricing, logistics, and customer support. The position requires consistent in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers within the assigned territory.

• Strong skills in relationship building, account management, and consultative selling to clinical and administrative stakeholders.

• Ability to understand and communicate clinical concepts, product features, and competitive positioning clearly and accurately.

• Proficiency in territory planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track activities and results.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on ethical and compliant selling practices.

• Comfort working in hospital and surgical settings, including occasional case support and in-person product training.
\n
• Self-directed work style with strong organization, time management, and follow-through in an on-site, field-based role.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the Gainesville, FL area and surrounding territory.
\n
• Prior experience in a lead sales role is highly beneficial.
