Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily assistance with routines and medication administration
- Engage children in enrichment activities to promote growth and development
- Deliver physical and emotional support in a nurturing environment
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure a safe, caring space for every child
- Valid CNA certification in Massachusetts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TB Test within last 6 months
- Valid driver's license
- Caregiving experience is a plus but not mandatory - training is provided!
- 8-hour shifts during the day, evening, or overnight hours
