Senior Manufacturing TechnicianAs a Senior Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.You will report directly to our Sr ISC Production Supervisor and work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on an On-site work schedule during Weekend Nights, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM.In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing processCollaborate with cross functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issuesEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsMaintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processesThe annual base salary range for this position is $61,400 - $76,800 in Plymouth, MN. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
