Our client is located in the heart of Washington, where you can enjoy open skies, snow-capped mountains, and the lakes and rivers of the high desert.

Salary range: $131,000 - 152,000/year plus RVU bonus potential. Join 6 full time physicians and 2 APP's in a fast paced family medicine clinic. Position is four - 10-hour shifts per week. General procedures include sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women's health. Average 20-25 patients per shift. Must have a minimum of 4 years longitudinal Family Medicine experience to be considered.

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications.

What We're Seeking in a Candidate

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement of working at our client Health.
