Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Titling Agent for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Columbia, SC. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys working with documentation, records, compliance, and customer-focused support.

The Titling Agent will help ensure vehicle title and registration paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

- Review, prepare, and process title and registration documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify ownership information, lien details, supporting paperwork, and required documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, lenders, dealerships, or state agencies to resolve title-related questions or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records, update files, and ensure documentation is handled according to established procedures.
- Track pending title work, follow up on missing information, and support timely completion of administrative processes.
- Provide professional administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Columbia, SC.
