Fernley, NV | Direct Hire | $38.00 - $44.00/hr | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Opportunity

Allied Reliability is partnering with a category leader in composite decking and railing manufacturing to fill three Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician openings at their Fernley, Nevada facility. This is a permanent, direct hire position with full benefits, a sign-on bonus, and real earning potential through overtime and a perfect attendance bonus.

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on plant utility systems and production equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing boilers, hot oil systems, air compressors, chillers, and hydraulic systems
• Reading and interpreting ladder logic to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
• Repairing electrical and electronic systems including drives, motors, sensors, and combustion equipment
• Fabricating parts and supporting equipment upgrades and installations
• Working independently and as part of a maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What You Need to Qualify

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with boilers, air compressors, hot oil systems, chillers, and hydraulics, all required
• PLC troubleshooting including reading and interpreting ladder logic
• Strong mechanical AND electrical troubleshooting, both required, single-discipline specialists will not qualify
• Ability to work at heights up to 30+ feet in a boom lift
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
• Safety-first mindset with consistent PPE compliance

Nice to Have

• Extrusion, grinding, crushing, or material handling experience
• Combustion and flame safety systems
• CMMS or parts inventory management

• $38.00 to $44.00 per hour depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid 30 days after hire

Schedule

2/2/3 rotating schedule
Day shift 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
