Join our dental team as an Associate General Dentist with a pathway to ownership. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care, develop clinical skills, and grow into a leadership position within a supportive and forward-thinking practice. You will perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose treatment needs, and provide high-quality restorative and preventive care.

The Opportunity

This associate position is an opportunity to build a long-term career. We're looking for a dentist ready to become part of the community, grow a loyal patient base, and eventually step into ownership of a thriving practice.

The ideal candidate will:

• Join as a part-time associate dentist (initial hours negotiable)- Preferred days Tuesday/Friday with opportunity to increase days with patient needs.
• Work alongside our current owner to learn the practice, patients, and team
• Have the opportunity to purchase equity within 12-24 months, on mutually agreed terms

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school in the United States
• Active dental license in Minnesota
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply)
• Strong chairside manner and communication skills
• Strong interest in practice ownership

She graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society in 2010. She has a passion for the art and science of dentistry and enjoys getting to know patients of all ages and backgrounds.
