Position: RN Weekender - Pulmonary Medicine Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, days 7:00am-7:30pm with rotating holidays Responsibilities include: Providing professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies, employing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning, evaluating, and monitoring care, documenting observations, and delegating tasks appropriately. The role involves teamwork to achieve unit goals, with duties varying by shift and assignment. Qualifications Required: 1+ years' RN experience in inpatient settings Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred; if only Associate Degree, must obtain Bachelor’s within five years) Licenses/Certifications: Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross Skills: Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork, adherence to regulations and policies.
