AI Engineer

To support the AI Engineering team, the full-time AI Engineer will work remotely to build and operate AI products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address key learning and operational challenges. Key responsibilities Build agent orchestration and integrations for AI solutions within SNHU systems under the guidance of a Senior AI Engineer Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to documentation and evaluations to ensure quality and reusability of work Collaborate with team members to surface technical risks and maintain effective communication regarding progress and blockers Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in building and shipping production software using modern programming languages, with a focus on Python Production experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with serverless compute and NoSQL databases Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar Understanding of LLM evaluation processes and cloud-native development workflows, including CI/CD concepts Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and active use of AI development tools like GitHub Copilot
