Senior Business Developer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Business Developer position based in American Fork, UT. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research, and building strategic partnerships. The role also involves fostering relationships with existing and potential clients, developing business strategies, analyzing market trends, and representing TCI at meetings, conferences, and other industry events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Sales or other related field 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing/ODM environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities (written and verbal). Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Suite; experience with reporting and forecasting tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product development, production, project management, etc.). High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
