Job Description

Valley Home Buyers is looking for experienced, reliable 1099 subcontractors and skilled tradespeople across all residential specialties who are seeking flexible side work, weekend projects, or fill-in jobs for ongoing real estate flips in the local area.

We regularly purchase and renovate single-family homes and multi-unit properties. Whether you are a specialized subcontractor, a full-time tradesman looking for extra weekend income, or a versatile skilled handyman, we have consistent project-based opportunities available.

All Trades Needed:

Carpentry, framing, trim, & cabinetry
Drywall installation, taping, mudding, & patching
Interior & exterior painting
Electrical (fixtures, panel upgrades, rough/trim work)
Plumbing (rough-in, trim, water heaters, valve replacements)
Roofing, siding, & exterior repairs
General demolition, cleanouts, & turn-key punch list work

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, or trades
Your own reliable transportation and essential tools
Valid W-9 (1099 contractor status; independent work)
Active General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain coverage)
Reliable communication and attention to quality work
