Helps with systematic failed responses in the IRTH One Call system. Gathers data and documentation for 3rd party damages. Liaison between the field and GIS Centerline Group to update and correct any inconsistencies. Manages projects for Damage Prevention company wide. Create and deliver detailed reporting out of the IRTH program. Gather detailed data and create demand letters for resource recovery concerning damages to pipeline assets. Process payments received with detailed tracking information Reviewand maintaindetailed knowledge of the One Call laws for all of the states Analyze the IRTH system and diagnose issues. Takeappropriate steps to correct errors concerning centerline data Workas the liaison between the Field and the map data group Makerecommendations for future upgrades on the program Occasional representation of company information to outside agencies Back up for one call process General projects as required by Manager Required Skills Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: Knowledge of GIS and mapping processes Knowledge of One Call processes / IRTH System Understand how to create and deliver detailed buffer maps for one call process Ability to communicate detailed information Proficient at computer programs, ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly Have an understanding of company policy for one call activities ARC GIS knowledge Pivot table and Power BI knowledge Ability to create training material and train field personnel Software Knowledge: Microsoft package, IRTH, Remote Control Packages (Teams) Power BI Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level: The Associate Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job related experience Working Conditions The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
