Due to growth and promotions, we are currently seeking a Service Department Support Specialist to help with the day-to-day operations of our Service Department. This is a true entry-level position to work toward a SIX FIGURE career in the automotive industry

Responsibilities 

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service 
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers 
• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility 
• Maintain an orderly service parking area, lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop, and showroom appearance 
• Handle inbound and outbound service calls and schedule service appointments 
• Work in conjunction with the BDC, Service and Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers 
• Other duties may be assigned. 

Requirements 

• NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Organized and friendly personality 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Willingness to be exposed to the elements
