Call Center Representative

Job Overview Mountain View Inc. is seeking a dedicated and articulate Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full‑time position based in Missouri City, Missouri, United States. We are looking for a customer‑focused individual who can serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for problem‑solving and helping others. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain our high standard of service. Strive to meet and exceed personal and team performance targets. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is highly desirable. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
