Estimator We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the Newark area. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing project specifications and blueprints to determine materials, labor, and equipment required Preparing detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and other expenses Collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to understand project scope and requirements Analyzing and evaluating supplier quotes and negotiating pricing Maintaining accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project progress Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction estimating, we would love to hear from you.
