Residential Maintenance Technician

Contract To Hire: 4 – 6 Weeks

Location: Rochester, NY

Hours:

• Monday- Friday
  • 8 am – 5 pm

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Must have experience in plumbing and drywall repair.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair.
• Complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal.

Pay Rate:

• $$22–$23 per hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
