You will orchestrate large-scale, cross-functional M&A efforts, leading through ambiguity and championing change to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. You'll work out of the office with the team on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in either San Francisco, Seattle or New York. # **What You'll Actually Be Doing*** **Strategic Execution:** Development and execute acquisition integration strategy. Partner with a large cross-functional team to orchestrate impactful integration planning and execution throughout the deal lifecycle.* **Stakeholder Influence & Alignment:** Cultivate and leverage strong, trusted cross-functional relationships to drive alignment, skillfully negotiate complex trade-offs, and navigate challenges essential to meeting all integration objectives.* **Critical Thinking & Agile Decision-Making:** Apply critical and strategic thinking to proactively challenge assumptions, generate innovative solutions, and enable agile decision-making.
