Assess , plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support safe, high-quality outcomes. Lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while managing nursing team resources effectively. Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members as appropriate. Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and promote changes that drive optimal outcomes . Support patient and family education by identifying learning needs and implementing appropriate teaching strategies. Maintain professional responsibility and accountability, including compliance with applicable laws and accreditation standards.
