- Create customized lash extension sets with precision and artistry
- Provide a high-end, welcoming client experience from start to finish
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommend services/products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
- Experience with lash extensions (preferred, but were open to training the right person)
- Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
- Consistent marketing of skills to create/build their book of business while supporting Deka Lash
- Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
- A warm, friendly personality with a client-first mindset
