This is a high‑intensity, outdoor role requiring heavy physical labor, including traveling to customer sites, lifting and pulling heavy tarps, climbing and working at heights to cover large hay stacks, in all weather conditions, with long hours and frequent overtime, especially during peak harvest season

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple customer sites to cover and secure large hay stacks with heavy tarps repeatedly
• Climb stacked hay to position and secure tarps
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty conditions
• Follow safety procedures while working at heights and around equipment
• Perform heavy manual labor, including repetitive lifting and climbing
• Work weather‑driven schedules with early mornings, long days, and weekends during peak seasons
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Assist with general agricultural, production, and construction‑type labor as needed

Work Environment

You work outdoors at agricultural sites, covering and securing hay stacks in all weather conditions. The job requires constant physical labor, including heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights. Crews travel between multiple locations each day to repeat the tarping process. Long hours and frequent overtime are common, especially during harvest season, with early mornings, extended days, and some weekends required. The environment is rugged, fast‑paced, and highly physical, suited for someone who prefers demanding outdoor work over indoor or desk roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Moses Lake,WA.
