In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the brand's international growth, including but not limited to content strategy, video production, and digital monetization in our key regions, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.What You Will Do:Create and maintain content across Weibo, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (Red) and InstagramShoot and edit day-to-day content, including short-form videoConduct basic data analysis on social media performance, follower behavior, and industry trendsConduct independent research on industry trends and the broader landscapePrepare briefs and presentation decks (PPT) summarizing findings and content plansLiaise and coordinate with external agency partners on content planning, including for major campaignsCoordinate cross-functionally with colleagues across different departments within the companyWhat We Need from Our Social Media Assistant:1+ year of social media management experience (experience supporting holiday/seasonal content campaigns a plus)Proficiency with editing software required; photography/videography experience required, Sony camera experience preferredHigh level of professionalism, including the ability to handle highly confidential content and information with discretionFluency in Mandarin and English required; conversational Spanish a strong plusAbility to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects within a given timeframeAbility to conduct research independentlyGoal- and KPI-driven mindset, with a strong preference for using data to support reasoning and decisionsExperience/ Education Requirements:High school diploma or GEDPrior experience working with a brand, agency, athlete, or sports team preferredAbility to work locally on-site in Phoenix preferredThe Team & Experience:We believe great organizations are built by great people.
