We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality patient care.Why You'll Love Working With UsQuick & Easy Application - Apply anytime, anywhere with our enHANce app.Referral Rewards - Receive referral bonuses for eligible candidates you refer ($800 referrer / $200 referee- payable after 200 hours of work)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:12hrs 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM36 hours, work weekNursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D) RNRN - L&D Duties & Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period, including monitoring maternal and fetal conditions.Assist physicians and healthcare providers with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, procedures, and management of obstetric emergencies.Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as ordered, while monitoring patient response and changes in condition.Provide immediate newborn care and monitoring following delivery, as needed.Educate and support patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.Maintain accurate patient documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, timely, and quality patient care.Minimum Qualifications:Must have current licensure with the CA Board of Registered NursingBachelor's degree in nursing or related field.BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation ProgramMinimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 yearsFive (5) plus years of recent experience (must have occurred within the last two (2) years) in Labor and Delivery is preferred but not requiredOne (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) yearsHigh Risk OB experience preferredAdditional certifications may be requiredCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
