About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified CVOR RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63101!

Key Requirement: Must be able to both scrub and circulate for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries.

• Experience: 2+ years CVOR required.
  • 1 year considered only if from a Level I Trauma facility.
  • First-time travelers accepted only with 2+ years at a Level I Trauma facility.
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Cases: Primarily cardiac and thoracic; also open/endovascular vascular procedures, liver/kidney/pancreas transplants, and Whipple procedures.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating start times.
• Call: Required; typically 3–4 weekday and 1–2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks (may vary based on unit needs). Holiday call as needed.
• Floating: Yes, within the service line.
• Block Scheduling: Not available.
• Local Travelers: Not accepted (must live 75+ miles from the facility).
• License: Pending license accepted.
• RTO: Maximum 7 days.
• Education: BSN preferred.
• Charting: Epic.
• Scrub Color: Navy.
