Job Goal
Performs essential clerical duties to support the student enrollment life cycle, including processing registrations, updating student records, and ensuring data accuracy across student information systems. This position serves as a primary point of contact for routine enrollment inquiries, handles administrative tasks, and collaborates with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Advising to keep daily operations running smooth. Duties and Responsibilities
Import, record, and maintain student data across database platforms.
Maintain organized digital student files and documentation throughout the enrollment life cycle.
Collect and report academic records in compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional guidelines, including athletic eligibility and completion data.
Process student record adjustments such as grade changes, withdrawals, and degree plan substitutions. Troubleshoot and resolve standard issues related to student records activities.
Assist with system file setup, data processing, basic portal maintenance, and patch testing across software platforms.
Perform data integrity checks and quality control tasks to maintain data accuracy.
Generate standard queries and reports to support end users.
Facilitate enrollment data submissions to the National Student Clearinghouse and assist in resolving reporting discrepancies.
Assist in identifying and implementing routine system and workflow efficiency improvements.
Assist with enrollment and registration operational tasks, including permissions, overrides, degree audit reviews, batch registration, and concurrent high school registration.
Administer course waitlists and specific enrollment programs like PICC student registrations.
Help coordinate established retention efforts, including non-attendance reporting, outreach calls, mentor coordination, and advisor assignments.
Provide customer service and serve as a resource for applicants, students, and campus partners regarding enrollment processes and records management. Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum AA/AS degree with 3 years experience or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Expert level of Excel (ability to create/manipulate formulas, utilize and create pivot tables).
Experience and proficiency in working with various data systems preferred (Ad Astra, Informer, Brightspace, IDEA) to build reports, manipulate analytics, customize existing reports and pull reports.
Advanced knowledge of Google Shared Files, Google Drive and Google Docs. Knowledge and ability to work with Adobe Software, Terminal 4 preferred.
High level of professional accountability and proven attention to detail. Interest in developing and managing processes.
Certifications & Licenses
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Demonstrated experience with Google Suite products or Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint certifications. Essential Functions

Highly proficient in utilizing computer programs.
Highly detailed and process oriented. Proven budget experience and skills.
Ability to work independently and establish priorities.
