Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Looking for a dedicated LPN with experience in long-term care. Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus. Day and night shift available.As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and record vital signs of residentsAssist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plansCommunicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding resident careMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsProvide emotional support to residents and their familiesRequirements:Current LPN license in the state of KYMinimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facilityKnowledge of nursing principles and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPhysical Requirements:Considerable physical activity:Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds.
