Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT or DPT degree
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient physical therapy

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Call Requirements: Ideally Monday through Friday. A weekend day every so often would be helpful, but the team is flexible.

Location Highlights
