Joe's Pizza and Pasta Edwardsville | 4 Club Centre Ct, Edwardsville, IL
As a Busser / Host Assistant at Joe's Pizza and Pasta, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our dining room runs smoothly and efficiently. In this fast-paced environment, you'll engage with guests and help create memorable dining experiences while acquiring valuable front-of-house skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain service flow.
- Assist servers with food delivery, drink refills, and guest needs.
- Warmly greet guests and answer basic menu or restaurant inquiries.
- Professionally answer phones and take accurate takeout or delivery orders.
- Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist during peak times.
- Keep service stations and entry areas clean and organized.
- Support the front-of-house team to create a positive dining experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to work in a guest-facing role.
- Comfortable multitasking between bussing, hosting, and phone duties.
- Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- No experience required—we’ll train the right candidate!
