Night shift; 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Step Down unit, where you will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or surgeries in a step-down critical care environment. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is essential for patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adults in a step-down critical care unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage medication administration.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
• Administer and manage intravenous therapies and other interventions.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience in step-down and telemetry nursing environments is beneficial.

Certifications/Licensure

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification required.
