Site Rel Engineer Senior - SRC Lending

Position Overview A Site Rel Engineer Senior within PNC's SRC Lending organization. Locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Birmingham, AL. The role supports an in‑office culture focused on engineering stability, performance, and resiliency across production environments. Job Description Identify and establish methods for stabilizing environments and sites, driving engineering stability through analytics and metrics. Provide site design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. Define, create, and ensure robust dashboards and monitoring systems are implemented. Identify, coordinate, and implement SLAs and SLOs using established monitoring for applications, service sites, and platforms. Lead analysis of metrics from operating sites and applications to assist with performance tuning and fault finding. Troubleshoot priority incidents and participate in blameless post‑mortems. Understand the stack to optimize code deployment, configuration, monitoring, availability, latency, change management, emergency response, and capacity planning of services in production. Engage in testing strategy, complex incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of incident management processes, reducing mean time to resolution. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for infrastructure management and disaster recovery. Qualifications University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience (including military service). 3+ years of relevant industry experience at this level. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $143,750.00 (may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education).
