Customer Care Representative

Fairhope, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to support daily customer service operations in a fast-paced call center environment, including processing claims, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with the training of new representatives. Essential Duties Assist with all areas of customer service, including incoming phone calls, order processing, invoicing, and claims processing. Handle escalated customer service issues and claims professionally and efficiently. Maintain and develop product knowledge to better assist customers. Train and support new customer service representatives. Accurately enter and manage customer information and documentation. Provide exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Requirements/Skills Previous experience in a customer service role required. Claims handling experience preferred. Excellent data entry and 10-key skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional phone etiquette. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be dependable, prompt, and reliable. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and handling phone calls. Ability to use hands and fingers for typing and data entry tasks. Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in person. Ability to occasionally lift office materials up to 15 pounds.
