PruittHealth seeks a Hospice Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role oversees hospice nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality, patient-centered care across our Southeastern service area. The Director will manage staffing, budgeting, and clinical outcomes while fostering PruittHealth’s culture of dignity, respect, and professional growth. Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, this leader will champion evidence-based hospice practices, staff development, and continuous improvement to elevate patient and family experiences at end of life.
