We're currently seeking enthusiastic ER veterinarians to join our teams in Port Washington, Glendale, and Oak Creek. Our clinicians manage their own cases while working closely with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:

• Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $150,000-$200,000
• Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital.
