Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various employment classifications.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations while processing transactions accurately and timely.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing compensation, taxes, and time-off inquiries.
• Analyze and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and prepare related financial reports.
• Develop and implement process improvements for payroll operations.

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience as a Payroll Processor or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in spreadsheet software and payroll systems.
