As a Relationship Manager II within our Business Banking ($2MM-$10MM segment), you will manage client relationships in the Denver market, driving revenue growth and deepening our bank-to-client engagement. Responsibilities Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products. Manage risk/return and ensure quality for new and existing clients, mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Provide insights and ideas based on client needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty. Build and leverage internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships, to acquire new clients and enhance the client experience. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Key qualifications include: University or college degree with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service). Strong customer focus and risk management competence aligned with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Proficiency in financial analysis, sales processes, and client relationship building.
