Restaurant Managers earn a base salary of $65,000. Restaurant Managers earn a short‑term monthly bonus as well as an annual long‑term bonus. This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another $10,000-$30,000 per year. On average, our Restaurant Managers earn $85,000/year with our top Restaurant Managers earning up to $95,000. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become a Restaurant Manager within 4-6 months. As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 2-5 years. Our top General Managers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000/year. Before you can be eligible to become a General Manager, you will first complete our 16‑week training program, gain hands‑on experience as a Restaurant Manager, then master the Assistant General Manager role. We provide comprehensive, thorough training designed to set you up for success: Our 16‑week coach training program, known as Pluckers University, will teach you everything you need to know about our culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way.
