Machinist II

Machinist IIA Machinist's job involves operating manual and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision metal and plastic parts, often using blueprints, sketches, or CAD/CAM files. Previous CNC Machine Experience is required. They set up, operate, and maintain various machines like lathes, milling machines, and grinders, ensuring the parts meet specific requirements. Machinists also inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using precision instruments. Must be able to read blueprint/drawings and make necessary modifications or repairs on the drawing. You must be able to run a manual lathe and manual mill as well as CNC mill and lathes.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma/ GED.
