Gleneagle, CO Area - SLP - Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full‑Time School Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Gleneagle, CO. As an SLP in our school district, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of our students by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Intervention and Therapy : Provide evidence‑based speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaboration : Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies and support plans. IEP Development : Participate in the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of student progress, treatment plans, and other required documentation. Training and Support : Provide training and support to school staff and parents on speech and language development and intervention strategies. Professional Development : Stay current with research and best practices in the field of speech‑language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Education : Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licensure : Current licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in the state of Colorado. Certification : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. Experience : Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable. Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
